Nirmiti's process ensures that your expectations are mutually aligned with our vision and understanding of your requirements. We do this by keeping you updated during the entire development process.

Our process comprises of the following phases:

BRIEFING

The briefing process involves conducting meetings with you, to understand your business needs and goals to determine a broad scope of the project.

Based on these discussions we then present you with a proposal, defining the broad scope and the project cost estimate.

DETAILED SCOPING

This phase begins after the proposal is signed-off. In this phase we detail out all business requirements and design the best solution to fit your needs.

At the end of this phase we prepare the functional specification, the technical specification and the template designs of the unique pages of the site (if applicable). These specifications are reviewed and signed-off by you before we move into the next phase.

BUILDING

We now start the actual development process and start building. At various stages of building we would give you test demonstrations and get comments from you, so that you are fully involved in what is being developed.

TESTING

Testing process involves our testing of the deliverable to make sure that all the aspects of the scope are developed. We make sure that everything is working in a proper manner and that the product developed is as per industry standards.

We would also involve you in the final round of testing and get a sign-off for deployment.

LAUNCHING

Launching involves deployment of the developed units in production for use by the client.
